This document outlines the internal regulations of Camping Alto de Viñuelas. All guests must comply with the following rules during their stay.

INTERNAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
ART. 1: Any person who registers and accesses the Camping, will be obliged to comply with
these regulations and other provisions contained in the current legislation (O.11/7/86.-
Art.30.1).Any particular provision of the campsite that is publicly exposed is part of these
regulations.
ART. 2: Entry will only be admitted to those persons who, provided with the minimum
necessary equipment, will practice the camping activity. The entrance will not be admitted to
minors under 18 years of age who are not accompanied by a person of legal age who is
expressly responsible for the conduct of the minor (O.11/7/86-art. 30.2 and 31).
The entrance will not be admitted to those who are debtors to the Company by reason of
services rendered previously and whose amounts had not been made effective in their day.
ART. 3: The admission of pets is optional for each Campsite. In case of being admitted, they
must comply with all the particular provisions established in this regard, especially those
concerning potentially dangerous breeds, show the required documentation, both
governmental and health and have them permanently tied, being the owners responsible for
any damage they may cause. (L.10/1999-30/07/99).
ART. 4: The client must prove his identity and that of his companions, with the documentation
that, at the discretion of the Camping management, is sufficient and sign the necessary
documents for registration. (O.11/7/86-art.32).
ART. 5: The current rates are those shown on the official poster. The prices will be applied per
day according to the number of overnight stays. The camping day ends at 12 noon. At least
one day will be accrued and departures after 12 hours will mean an extra day with the
corresponding rate (O.11/7/86-art.28.2).
ART. 6: The location of tents, caravans and other vehicles must be done during the opening
hours of the campsite and in the places that are assigned. Each pitch or camping unit is the
space of land destined to the location of a vehicle and a mobile shelter. Being outside the
space of land destined is prohibited and will be reminded by the campsite staff. (O.11/7/86-
art.7.1). Changes of location or plot must be previously authorized.
ART. 7: The electric connection must be requested at the moment of registration. The user
shall be provided with an anti-humidity hose cable (1000 v.) and a grounded plug. The
connection may only be carried out by the personnel in charge. The consumption may not
exceed in any case, the maximum power granted, so it is forbidden the connection of electrical
appliances that together exceed the contracted power, as well as the manipulation of the
installation for that purpose.
ART. 8: Any service provided by the campsite, without being required by the tourist
regulations in force, is of an absolute voluntary nature, so it can be suspended totally or
partially at any time.
ART. 9: We recommend the least possible use of vehicles within the campsite, limiting their
speed to 10 Km/h. It is not allowed to use any kind of vehicles for sports, recreation or driving
practice, especially motor vehicles, being the violator of this rule responsible for any civil or
criminal accident.
ART. 10: It is not allowed the entrance to people not staying at the campsite. In exceptional
cases the camper can obtain authorization to introduce under his responsibility, family and / or
friends, always for a limited time previously indicated, depositing proof of identity and
payment of the established price per visit. The visitor will be obliged to comply with the rules
of this Internal Regulations. Visitors must leave the premises before the established time limit
and under no circumstances may they stay overnight unless they have previously registered.
ART. 11: The hours of silence will be from 23.00. to 07.00 h. During these hours, the client shall
avoid any kind of noise or voices and shall regulate the sound and lighting devices in such a
way that they do not cause nuisance to his neighbors. The circulation of vehicles is prohibited,
except for previously authorized emergencies. The use of music players that may cause a
nuisance to other users is not allowed.
ART. 12: OBLIGATIONS:
a) To submit to the particular rules of the Camping Management aimed at maintaining order
and the proper functioning of the same.
b) Respect the existing vegetation, avoiding actions or the use of elements that damage it.
c) Respect the facilities in general, using them properly and leaving them in conditions for a
new use, including the spaces occupied by the tents, taking care to remove any earth that has
been moved.
d) To observe the logical norms of coexistence and public order, if possible, in consideration of
the particularities of the camping activity.
e) Communicate cases of contagious diseases to the Camping Management.
f) To collect waste of all kinds in closed bags, depositing them in the containers provided for
this purpose.
g) Pay punctually for the services used according to the established rates and conditions.
h) To leave the campsite with all the belongings at the end of the contracted stay.
i) To have an individual fire extinguisher.
j) To have third party liability insurance.
k) To have the corresponding butane or propane gas permits.
l) To take due precautions for the safety of their belongings and valuables.
m) If for any reason any person who registers and accesses the campsite needs to be under the
supervision of an adult responsible for him/her, he/she must inform this at the entrance.
ART. 13: PROHIBITIONS:
a) Disturbing the rest of other campers during quiet hours.
b) Playing games or sports that may be dangerous or disturb others.
c) Lighting any type of fire on the ground, with the exception of butane gas stoves, always
adopting maximum safety measures. Charcoal or wood barbecues are totally prohibited.
d) To introduce animals that have not been authorized.
e) Being in possession of any type of weapon or object that may cause accidents.
f) Abandoning waste outside the containers intended for this purpose.
g) Introduce persons not staying at the campsite without authorization from the
Management.
h) Hang clothes in unauthorized places or where they can cause inconvenience to others.
i) Installing fences, fences or awnings on the plots, as well as any other element for which prior
authorization has not been obtained.
j) To carry out any kind of acts that may damage or harm the property, hygiene or appearance
of the Camping.
ART. 14: It is not allowed to leave tents or caravans without occupants, unless expressly
authorized by the Camping Management.
ART. 15: In case of non-payment or abandonment, the Camping Management may move the
camping elements to a new location outside the camping area without the security conditions
offered in the campsite, in order to leave the plot free and clear.
ART. 16: Unless otherwise agreed, the deadline for payment of the amounts due for stays or
services expires at the end of the day (12 hours). Consequently, payment for overdue days
may be demanded from the client at any time. In special circumstances, at the discretion of
the Management, payment in advance may be requested.
ART. 17: The camper who contravenes any aspect of these regulations will be invited to leave
the campsite and if he/she does not do so voluntarily, will be expelled by the Director, who is
officially empowered to do so, requiring, if necessary, the assistance of the forces of public
order. (O.11/7/86-art.30.2).
ART. 18: The Camping Company is not responsible for thefts, subtractions or damages of any
kind that campers and their belongings may be victims of. Neither will it be responsible for
damages caused by fires caused by the campers themselves or their belongings, atmospheric
incidents or any other cause beyond the Company's control.
ART. 19: The customer, by the mere fact of registering in the Camping, accepts to know and
agrees to these Rules and Regulations and all other particular rules referred to in the second
paragraph of art. 1.
ART. 20: Camping Camping Departure Time is from 08:00 h before 12:00 noon.
ART. 21: The Camping Entrance Hours are from 12:00 noon.
ART. 22: This establishment may request a guarantee of payment for the contracted services,
in accordance with the applicable regulations and make the corresponding charge to the
account of the users for damages or damages caused to the facilities, furniture and elements
of the establishment due to negligence or misuse of those, after the corresponding complaint
and other appropriate legal procedures, always in accordance with the provisions of the
current regulations on consumers and users.
ART. 23: Smoking is strictly forbidden in the common areas (bathrooms, showers, swimming
pool, reception).
